Product Quality Assurance:
ID.watch products provide a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The content is caused by abnormal production (movement, assembly operation), you can enjoy free warranty service. Before receiving the new product, other parts were lost and the responsibility was not clear. Please contact us within 7 days. After 7 days, you will be deemed to have accepted the product status, and the company will not process your products separately "for free", but you can still pay for your products in accordance with the normal procedures. Precaution:
We provide warranty content, but it does not apply to the following situations.

Responsibilities:

1. The product is within the warranty period, and the defects generated by our company will be repaired and freight free of charge. (Time will depend on your location and maintenance schedule, please contact customer service)
2. For parts that need to be replaced that are not covered by the warranty, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement parts and transportation costs.
3. If the goods are internationally transported or returned, the "tariffs, consumption taxes" etc. generated by the policies of various countries are not within the scope of the company's responsibilities, and the expenses should be borne by the consumers themselves.
4. If our goods are not covered by our company due to additional "transportation" in remote countries and regions, the cost should be borne by the consumer.
5. Due to international air transportation, products exported to all overseas countries must not contain lithium batteries due to international air transportation safety regulations. Therefore, all products exported overseas are battery-free.

Return policy:

1. If you purchase an ID.watch watch, the product fails or malfunctions during delivery. You can send it back with the original package content within 7 days after purchasing the product, and you can directly replace it with a new product.
2. Customized products are based on the benefits of consumer requirements, and returns are not accepted and no refunds are provided.
3. Orders for customized products will be traded via the Internet, and the 7-day cancellation right stipulated in Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Law does not apply.
